SendEase (must be a current client to use)
When it comes time to send us files, why pay postage? We have a simple, easy to use web application what we like to call - SendEase. This custom web application has been designed and developed by WSS, which allows you the client to send us files.
Choose a Design
Upon the checkout process, you have the option to select the web site designs that you like and have the ability to add notes about each, so we can understand what your finished site will become. If you already have a design look desired for your web site, we can still work with you.
Cross-Browser Compatibility
Having a site compatible with the internet browsers such as: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari ensures that you will not steer customers away because they cannot view your site. There are many other browsers but they share the same rendering engine, except they have a different name and interface. Many companies claim that their sites are cross-browser compatible, but can they prove it! We can!
Web Credits
So there are no surprises, each site we work on will include a credit at the bottom of each page - that way others will know who worked on your beautiful website. Our credits will read "Designed and Developed by WSS" with a link back to our website.
Dedicated Email Support Team
Nowadays, you can receive hundreds if not thousands of emails per day and even each month - and 95% of it will be SPAM. We have a dedicated support team just to monitor email and they constantly are updating their filters to catch those hard to identify emails. We DO NOT guarantee that all SPAM will be filtered!
Secure Email Passwords
If your site is hosted with us, and we create an email address for you - we will provide you a SECURE password. Having a SECURE password makes it difficult to remember, but will give you better satisfaction that its protected against unauthorized users.
